PLATFORM NOTES · ARMIS, PART OF SERVICENOW SINCE APRIL 2026

Armis Centrix: CAASM and asset inventory facts (2026)

SHORT ANSWER

Armis Centrix builds an inventory of IT, OT, IoT and medical devices from agentless, passive discovery, and sells it as a Cyber Exposure Management Platform with prioritization, vulnerability and early warning modules. It pushes enriched data back to the CMDB, and ServiceNow completed its acquisition of Armis in April 2026. armis.com shows no price; an AWS Marketplace listing sets a $3,250 monthly minimum. SaaS apps and identities are not described as asset classes on the pages we read.
